Average $84,000/year
Regional loads (75%):
$0.63 CPM (avg. 2,500–2,700 miles/week)
$0.645 CPM at 1 year | $0.66 CPM at 3 years
$20 per stop
Local loads (25%):
$0.725 CPM starting
$0.735 CPM at 1 year | $0.745 CPM at 3 years
$30 per stop
$30 backhaul pickup pay
$100/week reliability pay
$20/hr safety pay
Breakdown pay: $25/hr after 2 hours (up to $300/day)
Safety bonus opportunities

🗓 Schedule & Home Time
Tues-Sat (Sun/Mon off) Dispatch 10am
Home weekly; out 2–3 nights per week
7 PTO days first year; 10 PTO days after year one
Expected to work holidays if scheduled
🚛 Job Details
No-touch freight (85% drop & hook)
Store deliveries and DC shuttles (Lansing, MI & Pleasant Prairie, WI)
Chicago suburb runs (no downtown Chicago)
Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days (company reimbursed)
Paid orientation (lunch provided)
Trucks remain on account during home time
