We places CDL-A drivers with a curated network of small, independently owned carriers with elite safety ratings — ratings that qualify them for premium freight the big carriers can't touch. Home terminal in the Chicago area, hiring across all 48 states. W2 and 1099 positions available.

Pay — pick your lane:

  • Company drivers: 70–75 CPM or 30% of gross
  • Lease purchase: walk-away on brand-new trucks — $0 down, no credit check
  • Owner-operators: keep 91% of gross

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL, 1 year experience minimum
