Pay & Compensation
• Average Weekly: $1,500
• Top Weekly: $1,700
• Average Annual: $78,000
• Top Annual: $88,400
• CPM pay + load/unload pay
• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus (up to 3%)
Job Details
• Dedicated Family Dollar account
• Home weekly (34-hour reset)
• 2–3 loads per week / 2–6 stops per load
• Approx. 2,000 miles per week
• Hand unload using gravity rollers (paid per unload)
• Running area: Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, UT, CO
Equipment
• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks
• Automatic transmission
• 53’ dry van trailers
Requirements
• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 3 months experience
• Ability to handle physical unload (active position)
• Must be able to park truck in a secure, approved location
