Compensation

• Annual Salary: $85,000 - $92,000
• 15% Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity
• Final compensation is based on education, experience, skills, and overall qualifications.

What You'll Do

As the Night Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all outbound warehouse operations during the overnight shift while leading supervisors and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all overnight warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution facility.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline associates.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for retail customers.
• Establish productivity expectations and monitor performance through key operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, inspections, accident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies, inventory variances, damaged product, and customer service issues while implementing effective solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to improve warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify talent and create development opportunities that build future leaders.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and large warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

Schedule

This is a night shift leadership position requiring flexibility to support business operations, including:

• Overnight shifts
• Early mornings or late evenings as needed
• Overtime during peak business seasons (October through December)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and stooping.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to work at heights of 8 feet or greater when required.
